  • Absolutely! Many people like to meet face-to-face, at least initially. I have an office space at Broomfield Wellness. It is conveniently located between Boulder and Denver off of Highway 36 & 287.

    Address:
    80 Garden Center
    Broomfield, CO  80020

  • Telehealth is a great option! Patient’s love how convenient it is.

I use a HIPAA compliant electronic health record system to conduct my sessions. You can log on via your computer or an app. It is very user friendly and I can always walk you through this process.

  • I am not in-network with any insurance plans, including Medicare or Medicaid.

For individuals with commercial insurance plans (e.g., Anthem, UHC, etc.), I am considered an out-of-network provider. Depending on your out-of-network coverage, you may be able to receive reimbursement from your insurance company for part of the session fee. Many of my patients go this route and are able to get 50-70% of their fee reimbursed. Please contact your insurance directly regarding out of network mental health benefits.

I am happy to provide you with “super bills”, which is an itemized, detailed receipt of services used for reimbursement.

  • I operate as a private pay practice so I can offer therapy that’s truly centered on you—without insurance restrictions, required diagnoses, or limits on the number or type of sessions we can have. Many people come to therapy for support with life transitions, burnout, relationships, fertility, or becoming a parent, and those experiences deserve care even when they don’t fit a diagnosis. Private pay also allows your therapy to remain fully confidential and gives us more flexibility in how we work together, including extended sessions or intensives when helpful. While private pay is an investment, it supports thoughtful, personalized care and allows me to stay fully present and engaged with each patient. I’m always happy to talk through fees or answer any questions so you can decide what feels right for you.

  • Some of my self-pay rates are highlighted below.

    • Initial Psychosocial Evaluation and Intake (60 min): $250

    • Individual Psychotherapy (55 min) $225

    • Couples Psychotherapy (75-90 min): $275

Consistent with the No Surprises Act, I am able to provide a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for services upon request.

I reserve a very limited number of spots for free or reduced rate. Please ask about availability if the cost of treatment is a barrier for you.

  • No, as a psychologist I do not prescribe medications. However, I will work closely with your prescribing physician/NP/PA and if needed, I can refer you to highly qualified and trusted medical professionals for a medication evaluation.

  • I am so glad you are reaching out for help.

For now, please focus on using a crisis resource such as: calling 911, calling 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or visiting your nearest emergency room.

  • That is wonderful news! I am looking forward to connecting with you!
