I am a licensed clinical health psychologist with specialized expertise in oncology, palliative care, and the psychological impact of complex medical illness. For the past seven years, I have dedicated my clinical work to supporting individuals and families navigating cancer, caregiving, serious illness, grief, survivorship, and end-of-life concerns. I also have extensive experience working across a variety of medical settings, including trauma and acute care surgery, physical rehabilitation, solid organ transplantation, and primary care.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and patient-centered. I strive to create a space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported while navigating life's most challenging moments. My work is grounded in evidence-based therapies, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Meaning-Centered Psychotherapy, and other approaches tailored to each person's unique needs and values. I am also trained in Empowered Relief and Pain Reprocessing Therapy, which support individuals living with chronic pain and persistent physical symptoms.

I bring specialized training from leading academic medical centers, including the Medical College of Wisconsin, Henry Ford Health System, and the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Throughout my career, I have worked within multidisciplinary healthcare teams across inpatient and outpatient settings, giving me a deep appreciation for the intersection of physical health, emotional wellbeing, identity, and relationships.

In addition to working with individuals facing medical challenges, I provide support for healthcare professionals experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, moral distress, and the emotional demands of caregiving professions. Healthcare can be deeply meaningful work, but it can also be exhausting. I offer a compassionate space to explore self-compassion, resilience, boundaries, and ways to reconnect with personal values and fulfillment both inside and outside of work.
