Therapy by someone who gets it.

  • I am a doctoral level psychologist. My degree is in clinical psychology with an emphasis in the area of health psychology. I completed an APA accredited internship and post-doctoral fellowship in health psychology.

    • I trained in academic medical centers and have worked in several different health systems.

    • Most recently I was an assistant professor through University of Colorado School of Medicine.

    • I completed post-doctoral training in physician wellness

    • I have partnered with physician wellness programs at Michigan Medicine and University of Colorado

    • I developed and executed grant funded experiential healthcare worker wellness curriculum

  • I have engaged in research throughout my career and have an understanding of the science of healthcare worker wellbeing. In working with research professionals , I have an understanding of the culture. No need to explain the significance of an upcoming grant cycle.

  • Beyond the areas of expertise outlined above, my husband is a physician and I have unique insight from being the partner of someone in medical school, residency, fellowship and now as an attending. I find this especially helpful in working with couples!
